1. Free Delivery Threshold

We provide FREE Express Shipping across all serviceable PIN codes in India on all orders with a subtotal of ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a flat delivery fee of ₹50 is applied.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Because we grind and pack in small batches to preserve volatile essential oils, orders received before 12:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.

3. Estimated Transit Times

• Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 3 Business Days
• Tier II & Tier III Cities: 3 to 5 Business Days
• Northeast & Remote Regional Pin Codes: 5 to 7 Business Days

4. Fragile Glass Jar Protection

All spices are shipped in food-grade recyclable glass jars, encased in biodegradable honeycomb cushioning with tamper-evident seal caps to ensure zero damage during transit.
